Q - Do you do Lay Buy ?
A - Yes
What are your lay buy terms?
- Our Lay Buy terms are 12 weeks on RRP items.
- 6 weeks for sale items.
- Minimum purchase for lay buys $100.
- Minimum deposit for lay buys online are $50.
- Cancellation of lay buy will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Q - Can i organise a Lay Buy over the phone?

Q - Can i cancel my order ?
A - Yes
- If you need to cancel your order please call us on (07) 55 804 904
- Please contact us before 5:00pm the same day of the order otherwise it will be sent.
- If the order is shipped you may have to pay to have the order shipped back.
Q - Do we accept returns ?
A - Yes
- All returns will be exchanged if order is incorrect at no cost to you.
- Otherwise your item can be exchanged for store credit
- All items to be returned in unused and opened condition
Q - What do i do about warranty issues ?

- If there are any issues with your items please contact us and we will refer your issues onto the suppliers.
- Please note warrantees cover defects in workmanship and do not cover issues caused by abuse and misuse of the item.
- All final decisions on warranties are made by the supplier.
